Located on the outskirts of Jambiani, Nyumbani Residence is situated in a great location with a three-minute walk to one of Zanzibar’s best beaches, which invites you to relax or explore. “An oasis of peace and relaxation” – August 2024
A very beautiful location with attention to every detail, a stone’s throw from the sea and all amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. After a day at the beach or after an excursion it is a pleasure to enjoy the peace and greenery of the garden, as well as the two lovely swimming pools. “Exceptional” – September 2024
Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Especially for the children, the two pools were great as a change to the sea. The complex is beautifully quietly located, within walking distance to the beach or to the village. The stylishly maintained garden makes a good mood. The individual apartments are spacious and are very clean (daily cleaning). The WI-FI is stable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We felt really comfortable and would have liked to stay even longer. -

Absolutely recommended!!! Nyumbani means home, that’s where you are. Here you can experience what Hakunamatata and pole pole stand for. Paola is a very good host and has a good team around her. Everything is clean, spacious apartments, 2 pools and a phenomenal garden area that offers privacy. Quiet, beach around the corner, shopping options for self-catering are within walking distance. ATM is nearby, also many restaurants. If there is any problem, Paola and her team will solve it. Thank you for a very nice holiday. If I come back to Zanzibar, I know where my home is.

“Nyumbani is “at home” and that’s how you feel there” – September 2024
The hostess Paola is just great. She helped us arrange tours to Stone Town and helped us with rides and pick up. Just great. In general, all the staff there are really nice and accommodating. We also took advantage of the laundry service with thanks. The residence is very nice. The houses and the whole area are lovingly furnished and very clean. The two pools are a good size. We liked it very much.
